Indicative Experience

Europe: Advising Turkiye Halk Bankasi A.S. as borrower of a dual tranche, dual currency loan agreement for US$207million and EUR553 million.

Europe: Advising Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu on a US$600m term and revolving credit facility from a group of banks.

Middle East: Advising ING Bank N.V. on a US$1.5 billion facility for Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

Europe: Advising Mid Europa Parnters, Lehman Brothers and Al-Bateen on the EUR700 million senior and mezzanine debt facilities required to fund their acquisition of Falcon, Radiokomunikace, A.S. and a 39.2% shareholding in T-mobile Czech Republic.

Europe: Advising Credit Suisse as initial note purchaser of an issue of EUR225m senior notes and as mandated lead arranger of a EUR175m senior secured term loan and a EUR65m senior secured revolving credit facility to fund the acquisition by funds managed by Bain Capital of Wittur International Holding GmbH.

Middle East: Advised Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank as in relation to AED500m mixed Islamic and Conventional financing of hospital, research centre and staff accommodation development in Dubai, UAE.

Middle East: Advised JPM Chase Bank on USD50m Sharia compliant financing (Murabaha structure).

Europe: Advised JPMorgan Chase Bank on a European security process relating to refinancing of $2bn multi-tranche, multi-currency US law credit agreement.

Europe: Advised KKR/Bain €7.1bn bid for Portugal Telecom.

Europe: Advised KKR Portfolio Company £475m term loan and £100m revolving credit facility in anticipation IPO.

Europe: Advised TDR Capital: €280m GP support facility; £103m aggregate commitments under various revolving and term loan credit facilities made to TDR portfolio companies.

North America: Advised on USD 400m vessel fleet refinancing.

India: Advised a large multinational bank on a debt financing transaction with a value of INR 3300 million.
