Construction
We advise on all aspects of construction law from project inception through to delivery and handover, and across all types of projects from stand-alone refurbishment and fit out works to large mixed used developments. We draft, negotiate and advise on all types of construction contracts, consultant appointments and associated documents including design appointments, framework agreements, settlement agreements and contract amendments. Our team has advised on some of the largest and most complex construction projects on the planet. Our experience can help you navigate the dangers of modern construction matters through the implementation of practical and pragmatic solutions. Our team combines blue-chip top tier international private practice advisors together with senior GC level advisors who have joined us from major construction companies.
Whether you are a developer, or a construction and engineering firm, the projects you undertake today, and in the future, will likely require numerous iterations of standard form contracts as well as bespoke documents given the growing sophistication of both private and public sector participants and the diversity of their requirements. We also specialise in the provision of standardized as well as bespoke templates that will help to empower your business teams to negotiate more efficiently with less legal support.
