UAE: Established and operated the Dubai World Tribunal, restructuring around USD75bn of debt and resolving USD billions of claims
Kazakhstan: Establishing connections between the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan and the DIFC Courts
Kazakhstan: Working with the Government in the establishment of the Astana International Financial Centre
UK: Working with the Government on its LawTech strategy
UAE: Advising multinationals and local companies on acquisitions, divestments, restructurings and fund raising
GCC: Advising on the establishment of institutions, including Governmental, NGO and corporate throughout the region
China: Advising State Owned Enterprises about using smart contracts to de-risk transactions along the Belt and Road
UAE: Operating the DIFC Courts, including sitting as a small claims tribunal judge. This involved oversight for USD billions worth of disputes
UAE: Establishing the DIFC Dispute Resolution Authority, including legislative drafting and the transition of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre
